Caiçara Apartment

Designed to meet the needs and reflect the lifestyle of the couple, the apartment was conceived with great attention to detail, creating a living space that expresses the residents’ personality and visual identity. The project is guided by three essential qualities: elegance, lightness, and warmth.

The spatial layout was developed to promote visual integration between areas, using strategies such as continuous flooring, integrated countertops, and the coordinated use of textures, colors, and panels aligned with the main custom millwork. These visual elements reinforce the continuity of horizontal and vertical planes, enhancing the sense of spaciousness throughout the apartment.

The spaces were planned to ensure flexibility and adaptability, taking into account different daily uses, the potential growth of the household, and the possibility of renting or selling the property. In addition, the project prioritizes optimized storage and a clear, efficient organization of circulation within the apartment.
